20px;\">\u3000JST\u6226\u7565\u7684\u5275\u9020\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u9032\u4e8b\u696d\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u9759\u5ca1\u5927\u5b66 \u5de5\u5b66\u90e8\u306e\u6a4b\u53e3 \u539f \u6559\u6388\u3068\u6771\u4eac\u5927\u5b66 \u751f\u7523\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u306e\u5e74\u5409 \u6d0b \u6559\u6388\u3089\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u540d\u53e4\u5c4b\u5927\u5b66 \u672a\u6765\u6750\u6599\u30fb\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u306e\u767d\u77f3 \u8ce2\u4e8c \u6559\u6388\u3001\u4e2d\u897f \u5fb9 \u5927\u5b66\u9662\u751f\u3001\u9577\u5ddd \u5065\u592a \u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u3001\u6d17\u5e73 \u660c\u6643 \u52a9\u6559\u3089\u3068\u5171\u540c\u3067\u3001<a #008000;\">\u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u7d20\u5b50<\/a><sup>\u6ce8\uff11\uff09<\/sup><\/span>\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u975e\u6676\u8cea\u30b7\u30ea\u30ab\u304c\u8ca0\u306b\u5e2f\u96fb\u3059\u308b\u5fae\u8996\u7684\u306a\u4ed5\u7d44\u307f\u3092\u4e16\u754c\u3067\u521d\u3081\u3066\u89e3\u660e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u3000\u5145\u96fb\u4e0d\u8981\u306e\u81ea\u7acb\u96fb\u6e90\u3092\u5b9f\u73fe\u3059\u308b\u6280\u8853\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5916\u754c\u306e\u632f\u52d5\u3060\u3051\u3067\u52d5\u4f5c\u3059\u308b\u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u7d20\u5b50\u304c\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u304c\u4ee5\u524d\u958b\u767a\u3057\u305f\u3001<a 20px;\">\u3000\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u3001\u975e\u6676\u8cea\u30b7\u30ea\u30ab\u5185\u306b\u30ab\u30ea\u30a6\u30e0\u539f\u5b50\u3092\u633f\u5165\u3059\u308b\u3068\u30ab\u30ea\u30a6\u30e0\u539f\u5b50\u304b\u3089\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u306b\u96fb\u5b50\u304c\u4f9b\u7d66\u3055\u308c\u3001\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u304c\u3042\u305f\u304b\u3082\u30ea\u30f3\u539f\u5b50\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u632f\u308b\u821e\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u91cf\u5b50\u529b\u5b66\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u8a08\u7b97\u304b\u3089\u767a\u898b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u306f\u901a\u5e38\u306e\uff14\u672c\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\uff15\u672c\u306e\u5171\u6709\u7d50\u5408\u3092\u9178\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u3068\u5f62\u6210\u3057\u3066SiO<sub>5<\/sub>\u69cb\u9020\u3068\u306a\u308a\u3001\u3053\u306e\u69cb\u9020\u304c\u8ca0\u96fb\u8377\u3092\u84c4\u7a4d\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u3000\u672c\u6210\u679c\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u7d20\u5b50\u306e\u4fe1\u983c\u6027\u5411\u4e0a\u3084\u9577\u5bff\u547d\u5316\u3078\u306e\u8a2d\u8a08\u6307\u91dd\u304c\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002\u5145\u96fb\u306a\u3057\u3067\u52d5\u4f5c\u3059\u308b\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u306a\u3069\u304c\u8eab\u8fd1\u306b\u306a\u308b\u4ed6\u3001<a id=\"shi_04\"><\/a><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a href=\"#ken_04\" style=\"color: #008000;\">\u30e2\u30ce\u306e\u30a4\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u30cd\u30c3\u30c8\uff08IoT\uff09<\/a><sup>\u6ce8\uff14\uff09<\/sup><\/span>\u306e\u5b9f\u73fe\u306b\u3082\u8ca2\u732e\u304c\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u672c\u6210\u679c\u306f\u30012020\u5e7410\u670819\u65e5\uff08\u65e5\u672c\u6642\u9593\uff09\u306b\u7b2c37\u56de\u300c\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fb\u30de\u30a4\u30af\u30ed\u30de\u30b7\u30f3\u3068\u5fdc\u7528\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u300d\u30b7\u30f3\u30dd\u30b8\u30a6\u30e0\uff08\u30aa\u30f3\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u958b\u50ac\uff09\u3067\u767a\u8868\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\r\n<section 20px;\">\u30dd\u30a4\u30f3\u30c8<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u25ca \u5916\u754c\u306e\u632f\u52d5\u3060\u3051\u3067\u767a\u96fb\u3059\u308b\u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u7d20\u5b50\u304c\u6ce8\u76ee\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u304c\u3001\u52d5\u4f5c\u306e\u5fae\u8996\u7684\u306a\u4ed5\u7d44\u307f\u306f\u672a\u89e3\u660e\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u25ca \u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u7d20\u5b50\u3068\u306a\u308b\u8377\u96fb\u4f53\u300c\u30a8\u30ec\u30af\u30c8\u30ec\u30c3\u30c8\u300d\u304c\u8ca0\u306b\u5e2f\u96fb\u3059\u308b\u5fae\u8996\u7684\u306a\u4ed5\u7d44\u307f\u3092\u91cf\u5b50\u8a08\u7b97\u306b\u3088\u308a\u4e16\u754c\u3067\u521d\u3081\u3066\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u25ca \u6027\u80fd\u5411\u4e0a\u3078\u306e\u8a2d\u8a08\u6307\u91dd\u304c\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u3001\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u306a\u3069\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u306e\u81ea\u7acb\u767a\u96fb\u3084IoT\u306e\u5b9f\u73fe\u3078\u8ca2\u732e\u304c\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\uff1c\u7814\u7a76\u306e\u80cc\u666f\u3068\u7d4c\u7def\uff1e<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u3000\u8eab\u306e\u56de\u308a\u306b\u5b58\u5728\u3059\u308b\u308f\u305a\u304b\u306a\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u3092\u96fb\u529b\u3078\u5909\u63db\u3059\u308b\u300c\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u30cf\u30fc\u30d9\u30b9\u30c6\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0\u300d\u306e\u6280\u8853\u304c\u6ce8\u76ee\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7279\u306b\u3001\u8fd1\u5e74\u95a2\u5fc3\u306e\u9ad8\u307e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308bIoT\u3084\u3001\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u3092\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u306b\u30cd\u30c3\u30c8\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u5316\u3059\u308b\u300c\u30c8\u30ea\u30ea\u30aa\u30f3\uff08\uff11\u5146\u500b\u306e\uff09\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u300d\u306b\u5fc5\u8981\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3001\u5145\u96fb\u4e0d\u8981\u306e\u81ea\u7acb\u96fb\u6e90\u3092\u5b9f\u73fe\u3059\u308b\u6280\u8853\u3068\u3057\u3066\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u4e2d\u3067\u3082\u5916\u754c\u306e\u632f\u52d5\u3092\u767a\u96fb\u306b\u5229\u7528\u3059\u308b\u632f\u52d5\u767a\u96fb\u306f\u3001\u98a8\u529b\u767a\u96fb\u3084\u592a\u967d\u5149\u767a\u96fb\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5929\u5019\u306b\u5f71\u97ff\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u3000\u975e\u6676\u8cea\u30b7\u30ea\u30ab\u4e2d\u3067\u306f\u901a\u5e38\u3001\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u304c\uff14\u672c\u306e\u5171\u6709\u7d50\u5408\u3092\u9178\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u3068\u5f62\u6210\u3057\u3001\u6b63\u56db\u9762\u4f53\u306eSiO<sub>4<\/sub>\u69cb\u9020\u3092\u53d6\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u305d\u3053\u3078\u30ab\u30ea\u30a6\u30e0\u539f\u5b50\u3092\u5c0e\u5165\u3059\u308b\u3068\u30ab\u30ea\u30a6\u30e0\u539f\u5b50\u304b\u3089\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u3078\u96fb\u5b50\u304c\u6e21\u3055\u308c\u3001\u30b1\u30a4\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u306f\u6301\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u96fb\u5b50\u6570\u304c\uff11\u500b\u5897\u3048\u3066\u539f\u5b50\u756a\u53f7\u306e\uff11\u3064\u5927\u304d\u3044\u30ea\u30f3\u539f\u5b50\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u632f\u308b\u821e\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3059\u308b\u3068\uff15\u672c\u306e\u5171\u6709\u7d50\u5408\u3092\u9178\u7d20\u539f\u5b50\u3068\u5f62\u6210\u3057\u3001SiO<sub>5<\/sub>\u69cb\u9020\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff08\u56f3\uff09\u3002\u3053\u306e\u69cb\u9020\u306f\u30ea\u30f3\u7cfb\u306e\u5206\u5b50\u3068\u3057\u3066\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u306a\u4e94\u5869\u5316\u30ea\u30f3\uff08PCl<sub>5<\/sub>\uff09\u3068\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u4f3c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306f\u91cf\u5b50\u529b\u5b66\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u8a08\u7b97\u304b\u3089\u3001\u3053\u306eSiO<sub>5<\/sub>\u69cb\u9020\u304c\u8ca0\u96fb\u8377\u3092\u84c4\u7a4d\u3059\u308b\u6a5f\u80fd\u3092\u6301\u3064\u3053\u3068\u3092\u767a\u898b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><br><span
